Kule (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Data Collection

Kule does not collect, store, or process any personal data from users.

• No personal information is collected

• No analytics or tracking tools are used

• No account or login is required

Your progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device and are

never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

The only data collected while you use the app is collected by our advertising

provider, Google AdMob, as described under "Advertising" (advertising

identifier, approximate location from IP address, ad interactions, crash and

performance data).

2. Data Sharing

Kule does not share any data with third parties.

• No third-party services collect user data through the App

The advertising provider Google AdMob collects the data described above

directly from your device and may share it with its advertising partners to

show, measure and personalize ads. Our use of Google's services is subject

to Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We may disclose information if required by law.

3. Advertising

Kule is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional

rewarded ads that you can choose to watch to get an extra try.

To show ads, Google and its partners may collect and use certain information

from your device, including:

- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), if you allow tracking

- Your approximate location, derived from your IP address

- Information about ads you have seen and how you interact with them

- Crash logs and performance data

This information is used to show and measure ads, to personalize ads if you

allow it, to prevent fraud, and to keep the ads service working. We do not

receive or store this data ourselves.

On iOS, the app asks for your permission before tracking you across other

companies' apps and websites. You can decline, and you will still see ads,

but they will be less relevant. You can change your choice at any time under

Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for

consent to personalized ads before any are shown, and can change their

choice later.

4. Children’s Privacy

Kule is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children or adults.

5. Data Security

Since Kule does not collect or store user data, there is no user data at risk.
